A team in the heart of Monaco
For several decades, our firm has been working in close collaboration with Monaco’s Business Development Agency, which is responsible for issuing industrial property titles in particular.
Our firm indeed benefits from a very thorough knowledge of the Principality’s legislation and practices as it has been active in Monaco for more than 40 years.
In an effort to strengthen this collaboration with the Monaco Office and be closer to its Monegasque clients, our HAUTIER IP entity is now located in the district of Fontvieille, on the same street as the Monaco Patent and Trademark Office.
A complementary team of lawyers and engineers
Our mission goes well beyond the preparation of trademark and patent filings. To effectively contribute to the development of our clients ‘activities, to increase the value of their companies’ balance sheets, to negotiate their contracts as effectively as possible and to ensure that their rights are respected against their competitors, the complementarity of the expertise of our lawyers and our engineers is a considerable and unique asset in Monaco.
Strong roots in the local economy - International recognition
Our team works in the Principality with many economic players: manufacturers, associations, research and design offices, laboratories, start-ups and even the MonacoTech incubator.
We are also an active member of the Monaco Economic Board.
The quality of our expertise is widely recognized abroad. Many international companies and foreign law firms call on us to protect their trademarks and patents in Monaco.
We protect the trademarks and patents of our customers around the world.
Finally, we were chosen as Monegasque referent and editor of several prestigious publications specializing in intellectual property, and in particular the books KATZAROV and WOLTERS KLUWER.
