Career

Alongside her engineering studies, Charlène gained 3 years’ experience in R&D at CEA Grenoble, where she worked on projects linked to PEMFCs (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells) and the optimization of PEMFC electrode assembly processes. During this time, she also developed skills in artificial intelligence for detecting defects in PEMFC electrodes.
After a stay in Germany at the ZSW research and development center, as part of a European project in collaboration with the CEA, she deepened her knowledge of testing, characterization and validation of PEMFC systems.

She joined HAUTIER IP in 2025.
