On September 17th, Jerome Collin, European Patent Attorney at Hautier IP, will speak at the GNIPA 2025 Summit Meeting as Special Reporter for FICPI – International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys. 🗣️

The Global Network of National IP Practitioner Associations (GNIPA) was established in 2010 by representatives of national and international IP associations. GNIPA brings together the leading practitioner associations from around the world to discuss key international IP issues.

His intervention will focus on key issues in Substantive Patent Law Harmonization (SPLH):

✔️ Prior User Rights
✔️ Conflicting applications

Jerome has been a FICPI officer for many years. After serving for 10 years in the Commission d’Etudes et de Travail on International Patent Matters of FICPI (CET3) as Reporter and then Chair, he is now Special Reporter on SPLH.
